PRINCESS Yachts International, a British boatbuilder formed in 1964 in Plymouth, as Marine Projects (Plymouth) Ltd. The first boat model arrived in 1967 and was called Project 31. To date, Princess has manufactured over 80 boat models and is a leading player in the Pleasure Yachts market. Princess Yachts was bought in 1981 by South African businessman Graham J. Beck. In 2012, the Princess model program consisted of sport cruisers between 13 and 26 meters, flybridge boats between 12 and 30 meters and two larger models between 32 and 40 meters. In June 2008, PRINCESS sold a 75% stake in the company to the investment group of French businessman Bernard Arnault. PRINCESS is now part of the LVMH group, to which a whole bunch of other major luxury brands belong, such as: Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Frendi and even Krug. Today, the Princess Yachts range is subdivided into the following ranges: Class M, Class X, Class Y, Class F, Class V, Class S and Class R. Which give birth to several bestsellers such as the F45, one of the flybridge the most sold by PRINCESS or the S78 elected the fastest flybridge over 20 meters. Thanks to its 20 models across each range, the yard is today one of the leaders in the construction of pleasure craft in Europe and in the world. Today, their models can be found across the globe.
