The company also has a European headquarters in Port de la Rague in France, with regards to the design of pleasure yachts, it is carried out in the offices of Amstelveen in Holland. In 2009, the shipyard presented its first VanDutch 40 model, a yacht successfully introduced, notably in the south of France thanks to partnerships with companies such as Red Bull Racing, during the Monaco Grand Prix. During the following years, VanDutch Marine extended its range with the VanDutch 30, the VanDutch 55 as well as the VanDutch 40 Walk Around. Two new models have recently joined the large family, the VanDutch 48 and the VanDutch 55. The company has sold over 160 hulls until November 2018. Its yachts are designed to be maneuvered directly by their owners, no skipper is required. In June 2020, the Italian shipyard Cantiere Del Pardo, known for its hunting brands Grand Soleil and Pardo Yachts, announced that it had acquired VanDutch.
